Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• •Free cancellation — Cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
• •Late cancellation — Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% fee.
• •No-show — If you miss your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
• •Rescheduling — You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the appointment. Contact us at appointments@vaccines.app.
• •Doctor confirmation — All bookings require confirmation by the doctor. If a doctor cannot confirm your slot, you will receive a full refund and be notified via email.
• •Meeting link — A Zoom or Microsoft Teams link will be sent via email once the doctor confirms your appointment.
